Imagine stepping barefoot onto a board full of nails. What sounds unimaginable at first becomes one of the most profound experiences you can have – physically, emotionally and spiritually. The practice on Sadhu Boards, which originated in India, opens a path to yourself and gives you the opportunity to shape your life consciously and in harmony with your inner strength.

My vision? That in the near future, sadhu boards will be in every household and become an integral part of our everyday lives – just like a yoga mat or meditation cushion. Because I firmly believe that this ancient practice helps us to develop our potential and lead a life of balance and ease.
What makes standing on a nail board so special?
The Sadhu Board practice is an invitation to pause, connect with yourself and feel yourself on a whole new level. It is a holistic experience that addresses the whole person: your body, your feelings, your mind and your energy.

Physical level:
Our feet are a marvel. Over 70,000 nerve endings and reflex zones end in the soles of our feet and are connected to our entire organism. When you stand on a Sadhu Board, something magical happens:
– Blood circulation is stimulated, which makes you feel lighter and more energized.
– The nervous system relaxes and you enter a state of regeneration.
– Your body regains its self-regulation, the basis for healing and balance.
Emotional level:
Standing on your nails is an exercise that brings you into contact with your feelings. You learn to stay present in moments of discomfort and to let go in a gentle way:
– Stress, fears or doubts are allowed to give way.
– You find more clarity and trust in yourself.
– Your resilience – the ability to deal with challenges – is strengthened.
Mental and spiritual level:
The Sadhu Board brings you into the “here and now”. This presence gives you peace, inner clarity and the opportunity to connect with something greater – be it your heart, your life path or the universe. It is a path to more connection and lightness in your life.
My vision: Sadhu Boards for everyone

I dream of a world in which sadhu boards are as commonplace in households as yoga mats or meditation cushions. A world in which we take time every day to consciously meet ourselves, release blockages and recharge our batteries.
At a time when everyday life is often hectic and overwhelming, Sadhu Boards can be an anchor – a tool that brings us back to our senses, grounds us and reminds us that true power lies within us.
My path and how I would like to accompany you
I am Sohrab, osteopath, yoga teacher and movement coach. For over 13 years I have been helping people to feel themselves again and to find a holistic approach to their body and mind. For me, the Sadhu Board practice is one of the most effective ways to achieve self-regulation and to grow on all levels.

I know from my own experience how transformative this practice can be. The first time I stood on a nail board, I felt a mixture of awe, respect and curiosity. Today it is an integral part of my life – a ritual that gives me clarity, stability and joy. And I want to share this gift with you.
How does a session work?
A Sadhu Board session is more than just standing on nails. It is a journey:
– Preparation: together we set an intention. What do you want to change in your life? What is your desire that drives you?
– The experience: While you are on the board (between 15 minutes to 60 minutes), I will guide you with breathing exercises, mindfulness guidance and gentle support to help you feel safe.
– Integration: After the exercise, we will reflect on your experience together so that you can take the insights with you into your everyday life.
A session lasts about 2 to 2.5 hours and is possible in individual sessions as well as in groups. If you wish, I also offer virtual sessions – all you need is your own Sadhu Board.

An invitation to you
