Dear soul,
Today I would like to tell you about an event that changed my life. A few years ago, my practice, my workplace and therefore my professional existence was destroyed by a fire. At that moment, I thought it was all over and that I would never get back on my feet.
But today, a few years later, I can say that this incident has led to an incredible abundance in my life.

I remember the day I received the news of the fire very well. I was full of worry and sadness, as we had invested so much time, energy and heart and soul into our practice together with my sister. But instead of feeling sorry for myself, I realized that I had a choice in how I would respond to this situation.
I decided to be grateful for what I had and not for what had been lost.
I was grateful for my family and friends who supported me through this difficult time, for the people in my town who had even offered us some of their own space to keep going and for my health. Together with my family, for the ability to set up a new practice. Like the phoenix from the ashes.
My sister and I began to focus our thoughts and words on the positive and concentrate on the opportunities that were opening up in front of us.
This focus on gratitude and appreciation has carried me through this difficult time and helped me build a new practice that is more successful than before. I have learned that even in the most difficult times, gratitude and appreciation for what you have can lead to abundance in your life.
I remember a client I treated in my practice. She was dissatisfied with her life and constantly focused on what she lacked. After the fire, I told her my story. I told her about all the things I was grateful for, despite the loss of my practice.
I could feel her perspective slowly changing as she realized she had so much to be grateful for.

My advice to you is: don’t let setbacks get you down, but use them as an opportunity to develop yourself further and strengthen your gratitude for life. Focus on the positive aspects of your life and show appreciation for everything you have. This will help you to create an abundance of happiness and joy in your life that you never thought possible.
I want to encourage you to be grateful in your own life. For your family and friends, for your health and for everything you have. Even if you are going through a difficult time, there is still something to be grateful for. Focus your thoughts and words on the positive and you will see how your life changes.
In my life, gratitude has led to more abundance and I hope it has also inspired you to feel more gratitude in your heart.
Not only can gratitude help you overcome difficult times, but it can also improve your overall quality of life – especially in terms of health.
In today’s world, which is often characterized by stress and hectic, we often forget to take time to focus on the positive things in our lives. Yet there are so many reasons to be grateful, even if we sometimes find it difficult to recognize them.
It has been scientifically proven that practicing gratitude has a positive impact on our health. Studies have shown that people who are regularly grateful have less stress and anxiety, sleep better and have a stronger immune system. Gratitude can even help fight depression and boost self-esteem.
When we focus on what we are grateful for, we can develop a positive attitude towards life and focus on what is important. We become more aware of our surroundings and our interpersonal relationships and appreciate them more.
So not only is gratitude a positive approach to life, it can also influence our physical and mental health. When we take time to focus on what we have instead of focusing on what we lack, we can enjoy our lives in a new way.
With this in mind, I would like to take this opportunity to encourage you once again to focus on the positive things in your life and practice gratitude. It may be hard at first, but the more often you do it, the easier it will become. Give it a try and feel how your health and quality of life improves.

Here are some tips and practical advice on how you can practice more gratitude and appreciation in your everyday life:
- Keep a gratitude journal: Take a few minutes every evening to write down what you are grateful for that day. It can be something small like a delicious lunch or something big like a close friendship.
- Focus on the positive: Instead of focusing on what’s missing in your life, try to focus on what you already have. See the glass as half full instead of half empty.
- Say “thank you”: Show your gratitude by thanking people who are important to you. It can be a simple “thank you” or a card, a small gift or another gesture.
- Practice mindfulness: Be aware of what is happening around you. Focus on your senses and appreciate the small pleasures in life, such as the humming of a bird or the radiance of the sun.
- Share your gratitude: Tell other people why you are grateful. Share your gratitude on social media or write a thank you letter to someone who means a lot to you.
- Practice gratitude in difficult times: Even if it’s hard, look for something to be grateful for in difficult times. Even in the darkest moments, there is something good.
I hope these tips help you to practice more gratitude and appreciation in your everyday life. Remember, it’s a skill that can be practiced and gets easier over time. Enjoy life and show your gratitude!
In solidarity
